Salam Dr,im pregnant wit my 2nd child,during my 1st labour i was admitted to ICU due to PPH(cervical tear),very traumatising exprience,what is the chance of PPH during 2nd labour?
Salam Haney, Post-partum hemorrhage (PPH) (tumpah darah) due to cervical tear (terkoyak pintu rahim) can recur. Make sure you take enough vitamin K and avoid drugs/foods/herbal preps which dilute your blood. How old are you now? Your doctor will check your coagulation status before you deliver. Check with your mother & sisters whether PPH has occurred in anyone.
