Hi, I’m wondering when is the right time to start wearing the bengkung after the delivery for both normal delivery and c-section.
Hi KP! U can start wearing it once you can get up to put it on. Or, if you have someone helping u, u can put in on while laying down. Preferrably when your bleeding is reduced and well under control or has stopped altogether.
